guitar lessons

My name is Tom Kessler. I'm an experienced guitar teacher, bassist and composer. I was a professor at the  jazz and pop music program at the University of Arts and Sciences of  Chiapas(UNICACH) in Mexico  for 5 years and earned a degree in Jazz  Studies from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, USA.  Some  of the topics I most often work with are: repertoire, improvisation, ear  training, accompaniment, theory, technique,  composition, and  sight-reading. Each student has  a personalized study program to  accommodate their specific goals and needs.  The styles I feel most  comfortable with are jazz, blues, boleros, Latin American music, rock, and more. My approach aims to learn all aspects of music integrally and  intuitively through selected repertoire, original etudes, and  exercises. Lessons are given online via the zoom platform or in person  in Berlin.
